It began in laboratories, trauma scenes, and clinical environments. What followed was a decades-long investigation into the full spectrum of what the human system is and what it needs.
Zamoura spent over a decade in the medical field, working in pathology and cell biology, assisting in autopsies, preparing frozen sections and gram-stained slides, contributing to research as a lab assistant preparing stem cell and Tumor Infiltrating Lymphosite (TIL) vaccines, and working the outpatient laboratory at Irvine Medical Center and for the University of California Irvine C.A.R.O.T. study. She also worked at Bayley Seton, Saint Vincent, and Staten Island University Hospital in New York.
While she is not a nurse or medical doctor, her training occurred inside medical systems where precision, discipline, and physiological understanding were essential. She knows what the body looks like at a structural level. That foundation informs everything she does.
As a sworn California State Police Officer at a maximum security hospital. Her role included specialised training in mental health crisis response within law enforcement. She worked regularly with individuals navigating severe psychological distress, gaining grounded, real-world insight into how stress, trauma, and nervous system activation shape behaviour.
She has seen the human system pushed to its edge, in high-stakes environments where there is no room for theory. That experience shaped her ability to read what is happening beneath the surface.
Her exploration of health extended into nutrition and vitality. She attended a world-renowned raw vegan culinary school and was invited to teach just days before graduating, later becoming Lead Instructor.
Immersed in plant-based whole foods and gormet food preporation, she used it to heal her own body and mind, long before these connections between food and wellbeing became part of mainstream conversation. That personal experience of healing deepened into a professional understanding of how nourishment shapes your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. She understands how food can effect mood, cognition, inflammation and resilience in the people she works with today.
Beneath all of these disciplines, Zamoura's exploration of how the human system works began decades ago. Since 1999, she has studied the relationship between the body's physical and energetic layers: how they influence each other, and what happens when that relationship is restored.
Time spent training in India sits alongside years of reading and reflection across many teachings and philosophies around the world.
After moving to Australia, she undertook formal advanced training in Pranic Healing, completing Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, Crystal Pranic Healing, and Esoteric Acupuncture. 500hr yoga teacher training in India and is also a breathwork practitioner.
Through years of disciplined practice, she developed the ability to perceive patterns that influence physical and emotional states, and the skill to work with them directly.
Her work bridges structure and subtlety, science and lived experience, physiology and the system beneath it. Grounded in decades of study across multiple disciplines, it is offered with quiet confidence and without drama.
Zamoura brings the precision of a laboratory background to this work. Sessions are structured, systematic, and methodical: not random, not purely intuitive. She has spent years learning how to read what the body is doing and how to respond with skill.
She has seen the human body under extreme stress, in clinical settings, in nutritional recovery, and in the context of the system beneath what is physically visible. Her understanding is layered in a way that most practitioners' is not.
Zamoura works with what is true, not what is trending. Her practice is built on decades of lived experience, disciplined study, and a personal commitment to this work that predates any commercial consideration.
